A colonial spice cabinet
Inspired by colonial spice cabinets, but modified to showcase the tiger maple drawer fronts; complete with secret compartment for those wads of 100s. Case finished with oil-varnish blend and paste wax; drawers dyed medium amber and top coated with amber shellac. Hand-cut, half-blind dovetail joinery on the case. Machine cut dovetails on the drawers.
